Antoine Beuger’s introspective composition potentially involving quiet sustained sounds, stones, dry leaves, and perhaps humming, with guest composer-performer Jack Callahan.
We’re delighted to bring this music, which is very close to our hearts, to Santa Cruz. We hope you will join us for this event. Following the performance of Beuger’s piece, we will have a reception where we are open to taking questions about the music.
Read a few words about Beuger’s piece from Andrew C. Smith.
Special thanks to Discretion Brewing of Santa Cruz for providing their Shimmer Pils for refreshments. Stay around after the concert to discuss the performance and partake! Discretion Brewing’s tasting room and restaurant is at 2703 41st Ave. in Soquel, California.
Indexical’s concerts in Santa Cruz are supported in part by the Arts Council of Santa Cruz County.
