Join us for an opening on Friday night from 5-9pm, during Saturday and Sunday gallery hours of 12pm-5pm, or RSVP above for a ticket to the 8pm evening Saturday night performance.
BEARPAD
BEARPAD is a coupla bubs. Scrappy queer art with an emphasis on physicality and affection. Masculine, relaxed bodies expressing casual desires. Cozy gay vibes. Santa Cruz based, our work is influenced by queer history, DIY ethics, and psychedelic aesthetics. BEARPAD is Patrick Stephenson and Jordan Fickel.
The Hugging Tree
The Hugging Tree is an art show and a performance.
The art show is a series of experiments in color and form through representations of queer bodies in motion. It is an immersive, audio-visual exploration of intimacy through different ideas of moving images, as well as abstracted interactivity.
The performance further explores these ideas through live music by BEARPAD, as well as other queer musicians (TBD).
